It is YOUR CHOICE TO PROVIDE BOBBI WITH PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. We use the latest security technology to collect and protect your personal information

Under no circumstances will our customer information be sold / rented to an outside company.

Bobbi's Shipping Policy

 

Books, Tapes and Videos : On tapes, CD's, videos or other shipped goods, the shipping charge is clearly marked near each product. The shopping cart will keep a running total of shipping charges for all items you purchase, and inform you of the shipping charges, and your grand total at checkout. Product may be shipped by ground on USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. For urgent orders, please call 303-766-7779 for more information about faster shipping options.

Books, Tapes and Videos : If your merchandise arrives damaged, Bobbi will replace it free of charge.

Bobbi's Refund Policy

Books, Tapes and Videos : All books, tapes, and videos may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in resellable condition, shipping prepaid, to the following address:

Seminars, Classes and other live events: Any purchase for a live seminar or class is NON-REFUNDABLE unless clearly specified on the product page for a specific seminar or class. If you are unable to attend the class you purchased due to a medical emergency, death in the family, or similar circumstance, Bobbi will reschedule you for a similar class.

Starter To Star Special Refund Policy: To qualify for  a refund, you must attend the first half of session one. New students may register until third session.
